Looked after Children Support
We provide tailored support with visiting support for young children on behlaf of locla authorities.
Our experienced ,skilled and qualified social work staff work pro-actively alongside the young people,statutory social work teams and other agencies involved in Health and Education.
Through our involvement, we aim to facilitate and successfully move young people in transition into independence and adulthood. Our strategies are crisp, effective and transparent which encourages the development of quality life-styles and personal development.
Care Leavers
We recognise that adolescence and young adulthood is a time of physical, psychological, educational and social change. Young people with a long term and/or complex health condition are expected to move from paediatric to adult services. We know from evidence that good practice in transitional care can improve on-going engagement with services and positive health outcomes.
When our young people are ready to leave us we ensure that they know we are still there to provide a helping hand or a gentle nudge towards the path of integrating into society as a valued member of the community.
We want support and give them assurance that we are there for them every step of the way to provide that support and help they may require along the way.
Asylum Support
Asylum seekers are some of the most vulnerable people in society. We help them to navigate the process and support them along the way.
By adopting a culturally sensitive, holistic approach, we can prioritize the well-being, safety and inclusion of our young people as they settle into their local communities. Our qualified social workers and multilingual staff are equipped to deliver a first-rate service, providing accommodation (including 24 hour emergency housing) administrative and pastoral support, and independent representation guardians during statutory meetings.
We understand how difficult change and transitioning is, and the wellbeing of unaccompanied minors is vital to continue the transformative work we do.
Training
At X INFINTY SUPPORTING SERVICE all out supporting hold qualification and go through extensive training and development to support young people. All our programs are designed with necessary knowledge and skills to promote best practices to support young people and unable long-term career progression.
We have based our training strategy on lessons learnt from other organisations, national guidance and views of young people and their families. We believe the successful delivery of this strategy will depends on our close partnership working local authorities.
